Production Description

The series equipment is used in production of PET bottle-packing carbonated beverage such as Coca-Cola, cintaining gas mineral, sprite, containing gas juice etc. The machine combines washing/filling/capping with complete automation, and the filling process adopted the micro-pressure technology, which makes filling prodess faster and moore stable. The capacity can be from 3000to 12000B/H.(washing filling capping)

8. The advanced OMRON programmed controller(PLC) is adopted  to control the machine runs automatically, air conveyoy system is adopted in bottle exit section, which can adjust sppeds and coordinated with transducer to make the operatioms of moving bottle forward steadily and relaibly.

9. It is convenient to operate with higher automation due to every parts of the machine is inspected to run with photo electrical detector.
