Applications

The flavored food mixer machine is mainly used in pharmaceutical and food industry, snack food ,puffed cereal

of sugar&chocolate coating production, can also be used for light industry, chemical industry, spherical or granular materials, rolling,

mixing,and lighting. For example: chocolate polishing, including peanuts,the sugar, spices, manufacturing balls,

pearl tapioca balls, rolling desiccant.

Structure

From the aircraft fuselage, worm gear box, sugar pot, heating equipment, fans, electrical and other major components,

which by the motor through belt driven worm gear, worm, bring sugar-coated pan rotation, under the action of centrifugal

force, so that materials in the pot internal friction for rolling up and down, to sugar mixture, Pill, and lighting effects.

Feature:

1)the polishing machine can add sugar and chocolate sprinkle system,the chocolate thickness on

material can be 0.5-3mm;

2)the mixer can add temperature cotrol system;

3)heating plate under the pot;

4)the mix pot speed can adjust if need.

Material

Full mixing machine is s/s 304 with thickness 2mm.
