Taper roller bearing overview:

Taper rolle bearings can be separated from the inner ring with roller and cage assemblies and components with the outer ring can be installed separately. Roller and raceway contact at contact line can be modified to reduce the stress concentration.Taper roller bearings can withstand high radial loads and axial loads.As the taper roller bearings axial load can only pass one way ,so as to pass in the opposite direction of the axial load on the need to install another with symmetrical taper roller bearing.

Feature:

1)Tapered roller bearings are generally of separable design and have tapered cone and cup raceway between which tapered roller are arranged.

2)Their rolling elements linearly come into contact with the raceways of inner ring and outer ring.

3)Their design makes tapered roller bearings particularly suitable for carrying combined (radial and axial) load and also can take the axial load only.

4)The larger the contact angle is, the higher the axial capacity can be loaded
