According to specific client feedback, our design team wanted to create a light optimizing brightness without sacrificing all the other great features our lights have.
 

Engineering, therefore, was tasked with building lighting that would flash horizontally using right-angle mirroring. We have accomplished this through adding two reflection cups, allowing pedestrians to see the warning signal at a distance of 15.7 meters above and drivers to notice from over 28.5 meters away.

 

The biggest hurdle, however, was dissipation.After a lengthy period of environmental simulation experimentation and ongoing collaboration with the Design Department, we added an aluminum loop in the middle of the strobe beacon, connecting two layers of lights.  

 

The bottom of the strobe beacon incorporates an aluminum alloy for increased heat conduction and heat dissipation. With great execution and ongoing revision of the C24 design plans, our team has delivered - meeting the light coverage challenge while perfecting the C24's heat dissipating capacity.
