 The Porsche car mouse is the ideal gift for Porsche fanatics ---- a 2.4G wireless mouse shaped like a Porsche 911. It’s not a perfect recreation – the front lights differ in a bid to make it more ergonomic – but otherwise it’s a faithful recreation.

The rear window of the Motormouse opens up to reveal a section for two AAA batteries, along with a tiny USB Bluetooth receiver. Connecting the latter to your laptop activates the mouse, without any need to search or pair the device, and unplugging it turns the mouse off again. Neat, and incredibly easy to use.

The mouse itself is surprisingly comfortable – the Porsche’s shape lending itself perfectly to use as a mouse. Attention to detail is also remarkably good – the reworked front lights aside – you’ll find rubber tires, disc brakes, even lights that flash when you press both buttons simultaneously. Doing this also sees the mouse become more responsive.
