Flaking roll is one of the large-scale equipments for pretreatment stage of oil processing enterprises. The quality of flaking roll directly affects the oil yield, and therefore directly affects economic benefits. With the rapid development of China's oil industry, especially since 2000 there have been several hundreds large-scale oil processing enterprises of thousands of tons processing capacity. The increasing scale leads to higher requirements on flaking roll, and soybean flaking roll of more than 3,000 tons processing capacity is dependent on imports. Gao Chang Company has 15 years experience in manufacturing flaking roll, and uses ten years like a day to keep concentrated, professional, attentive, and specializes in the development of new products. Flaking rolls of 20T to 500T daily processing capacity can meet different flaking needs of different production and their technical content has caught up with the level of similar products at home and abroad.

Through ten years’ research, development, digestion and absorption of foreign technology of similar products, our technical staff have visited hundreds of large-scale oil processing enterprises, obtained wide range of product requirements from customers, and optimized the design. We select a dozen of domestic and international related manufacturers to realize products diversification, pushing-off thin oil circulation lubrication and designing anti-collision device for flaking roll which use hydraulic pressure to buffer flaking. On the basis of maintaining original circular shaft bearing we have developed large-scale one-machine driving flaking roll of square shaft bearing, and therefore flaking roll can replace imported ones.
