Measurement of water or liquid level using fluid statically mechanics principle is an important application of pressure sensor. The high–sensitivity silicon piezoresistive sensitive element fabricated with micro machining technology is the critical component of the liquid level sensor, supported with the special cable provided with air venting conduit as well as special water–tightness technology, which ensure water tightness of immersing–type sensor and make the reference pressure chamber connecting with the ambient atmosphere so as to attain accurate results of measurement and excellent stability. MS321A throwing - in liquid level transducer adopts internationally advanced dry ceramic capacitor sensor or temperature–compensating isolating–membrane diffusing silicon pressure sensor made by German HELM as a sensing element to greatly enhance operating performance of the product. It is widely used for measurement and control of water and liquid level for such fields as petroleum, chemical, power generation plant, urban water drainage, hydrographic survey and investigation etc.

1. Split type: The section of the sensor throwing into the liquid is of fully–sealed stainless steel structure, of which enclosure for the electronic wiring circuit is cast aluminum structure for purpose of alignment and adjustment of wiring connection.
2. Integrated type: Both the sensor and the amplified circuit are provided in the fully–sealed enclosure made of stainless steel, without external alignment and adjustment.
3. The enclosure of the sensor is designed with IP68 and the junction box is designed with IP65.
4. This product takes the high–performance pressure sensor as the measuring element, with high accuracy, small dimensions, easy operation, strong disturbance immunity, high reliability, good stability, high sensitivity, waterproof, and dewing resistance.
5. It is of free maintenance, easy installation and commissioning. It is directly thrown into the water to measure the liquid level from the transducer end to the liquid surface.
