MS328 sapphire pressure transducer adopts German HELM made high – accuracy sapphire pressure sensor and performs temperature and linear compensation through such high – patent technologies as specific signal extraction and peeling etc. The sapphire series is made up of mono – crystalline silicon insulated elements, without any lagging, fatigue, and creeping. Sapphire features very good elastic and insulation characteristics, without sensitivity to temperature change. Sapphire has very strong radiation immunity characteristics. Furthermore, silicon – sapphire semiconductor sensitive element will not occur P – N drifting. Therefore, MS328 series of product may widely used for such fields as airspace and aerospace, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, electric power, marine, medical and pharmaceutical, protection of environment, and scientific research etc. to measure and control high – temperature gas, liquid, fluid, and colloid, which is ideal for measuring high – temperature medium.
