The Paper Impregnation Line (PIL) is used for impregnating paper with Urea or Phenol or Melamine resins. Such impregnated papers are used for making laminates or in pre-lamination of particle boards, like MDF and HDF. The resin gives the impregnated material strong mechanical properties, making it ideal for use as decorative laminates, industrial laminates, and laminates for melamine faced chip boards. Types of paper used include Decor, Kraft, Finished Foil, Overlay, and Barrier.
Horizontal two-step impregnation dryer line is made up of unwinder machine, first impregnator, first dryer, first cooling section, second impregnator, second dryer, second cooling section, web aligner, puller, paper cutter, and paper stack.
Technical Parameter Feature:
1 working width: 4', 5', 6', 7', 8'
2 paper gram weight: 35~135gr/m2
3 impregnating material: UF/MF/WBP
4 heating source: Hot oil, steam or directly hot air
5 communication control with human-machine interface (touch screen), PLC and frequency converter as a substitute of the traditional panel control, which have greatly improved the digitization standard.
6 The high precision metering roller ensures the gluing precision and surface quality of the Horizontal Impregnation Line. Moving precision of metering roller≤ 0.003mm, linear precision of metering roller ≤ 0.003mm/m...
7 The web aligner adopts pneumatic and hydraulic servo aligner to ensure the paper moving steadily.
8 The pneumatic and hydraulic servo deviation adjustment system controls and adjusts deviation to have the deviation adjustment stability and the stead operation of paper.
9 The paper cutter is available with the coding technology of preciseness and accurateness and being capable of setting the cutting length at will.
10 The temperature of the drying chamber comes with PID high-precise control and the exact-accurate temperature control. Temperature control precision≤ ± 1° C
Remark: We can also design and manufacture it according to the user's specific requirements such as the working width, the number of dryers, the working speed, and electric element brand etc.
