Fetures:
1. The normal bore size is from 25mm to 300mm, the max stroke is 8 meters, the max working pressure is 38Mpa.
2. Sealing system. Using Parker seals from USA and NOK seals from Japan, as well as our own special sealing system design, to prevent dust and reduce oil leakage, then get the best piston rod oil film.
3. Cylinder body. The inner surface of cylinder body is made according to appropriate intensity and dimension, enjoying excellent roughness and rigidity and better wearing capacity after roll finishing.
4. Piston rod. High frequency quenching followed by nickel chrome plating, to improve rust proofing, wearing and scar resisting performance.
5. Safety and buffer function. The valves with slow return stroke, counting balance and emergency close,etc, can be installed easily. The core can absore the impact of buffer device at the end of stroke.
