i-Interactor is new product of i Digital Galaxy Ltd .It is portable interactive whiteboard which mainly for education,meeting and training .When you install our i-cam ,then you can use i-pen write on any flat surface ,just as interactive whiteboard.

4.The shipping information 

We will ship out within 24 hours on working days after payment received, our goal is to ship as soon as possible.

- All items shipped via DHL Post (delivery by Parcel Force), we will send email to you about the tracking number ,Normally 3-4 working days to USA, 5-7 working days to CA, UK, AU, and 7-10 working days to other address, but sometime may needs longer if inspection required by the custom of your country. two box package make it safer .before we sent the productors, we must check the projectors can work and perfect ,so if the projector are broken ,when you get it ,you need ask DHL  for pay back .it will according to the value on the PI .and contact with us for helping you . 

- The item will be labeled as "Gift" and declared lower value for shipping purpose only. It will not reflect the total price you paid or the market value of the product, lower value will avoid or minimize your import tax.

5.The return policy 

We are confident that you will be 100% happy with our products. 

 - We will refund items for a 14 day replacement or refund if found to be faulty. Shipping and handling fee are not refundable.

 - Merchandise damage or with missing components are not refundable.

 - Customers are responsible for return shipping with proper package.

 - Once receiving items, we will refund immediately.

 - We have service center in US, Mexico , you do not need send it back to China for repairing or returning!!!
