Introduction: This production line is capable of continuously producing mono-layer or multi-layer PP,PE,PC,PS,EVA,ABS,PET plate and sheet with the width less than 3000mm and sheet thickness of 0.25-1mm, plate thickness 1-30mm.The products are widely used in the fields of refrigerator, air conditioner, auto, advertisement, construction and environment protection, etc.

 

1. Extruder: Appropriate single-screw extruder (exhaust or not ) should be chosen on the basis of different materials. Specially designed for high compounding and plasticization capacity so as to ensure high and stable extruding output.

 

2.Hydraulic filter and mould: The quick screen changer of hydraulic system ensures the short course of screen changing without material-leakage. Reasonable structure of mould should be chosen in terms of material, whereas moulds of clothes-rack style die are widely accepted to regulate flow-distribution and guarantee even thickness of plate(sheet). 

 

 3.Three roller calendar: adopts horizontal , vertical or 45°inclined type according to material property, The distance among rollers can be adjusted freely by hydraulic or mechanical means, so ensure calendaring effect , keep even thickness and width , and roller has special design of regulating angle. Temperature controller operates separately.

 

4. Bracket of cooling roller: Equipped with corresponding guide roller. The edge-shearing device equipped can guarantee fixed width of plate(sheet)
