* This pellet mill is the latest design of us. Firstly, optimized technical data for dies and output is increased significantly.
* Safety pin is changed to axle overload protection system; easily assemble and disassemble, safe and dependable.
* The driving wheel is advanced to make oil seal can be replaced easily and service life of main bearing is extended.
* The feeding chute is advanced and pellets can enter cooler directly to avoid cross pollution.
* The shut off system for feeder and conditioner is used to reduce overflow of steam; cooking efficiency is increased and makes materials contact with steam fully; the gelatinization degree can be increased 3%.
* The position system by back bearings of main shaft is adopted to prevent vibration caused by spline and ensures current of main motor stable and extends service life of rollers and dies.
* Protuberant screws are used to connect die clamps with advantages of stable operation and longer service life of die clamps.
* The imported bearings and oil seal are adopted to guarantee longer service life.
