Manufacturing process
     The miniaturized waveguide isolator is made up of the major parts as metal cavity, magnetic spin, permanent magnet substrate and so on. The general material of the metal cavity is aluminum alloy or copper alloy, the aluminum is surface treated by conductive oxidation or silver plating. Magnetic spin, permanent magnet substrates are sticked to the surface of the cavity.

-------Temperature: -55°C~+125°C
-------Relative humidity: 5%~98%
-------Avoid acid, alkaline and other corrosive gas
-------Avoid strong magnetic field or ferromagnetic materials.

Choosing guidance
     The miniaturized waveguide isolator is widely used in microwave transmission systems. The functions are as following: improving matching, eliminating the level back reflection, protecting the level before. The application advantages are obviously appeared in band above Ka, especially the insertion loss is 1/3 to other circulators (the ratio of the energy).
