Our portable PH meters display acid degree and temperature on the big LCD screen with excellent waterproof ,outdoor applicability and ATC function.
The temperature sensor is directly immersed in the testing solution to ensure the fast and accurate numerical reading .
Use two point (PH 4.00, PH6.86) for auto calibration .
During calibration , put the PH meter into the standard solution and press shift button , The instrument will begin automatic calibration.
Compared with the Analog circuit PH meter ,the Calibration speed and data accuracy are much more perfect..
It successfully avoid simulator adjust potentiometer calibration and repeatedly checking trouble.
The instruments' operation is simple, durable, economical and practical, completely suitable for' various industries acid-base testing needs.

Operation Steps
1.Take off the protective sleeve
2.Clean the Electrode with distilled water and wipe clean the spare water.
3..Press the "ON/OFF" button .Switch on the power.
4.Put the PH meter in the solution .Make sure the electrode immersed in the solution.
5. Lightly shake the meter, read the data when the numeric stabilized.
The temperate displays at the bottom of the screen .
6. Press the "ON/OFF" button to shut off the instrument .
Clean the electrode, cover the electrode protective sleeve.
Calibration
1. Put proper 6.86, 4.00 and 9.18 standard solution apart in clean beakers
2. In order to accurate calibration , put every buffer apart in two beakers.One for cleaning the
electrode and the other for calibration.
3. Press the switch,switch on the power supply.
4.Immerse the electrode in PH 6.86 standard buffer solution, gently shake the electrode until the
display digital stabilized.
5.Press long the "shift" button for 5 seconds, the instrument comes into the automatic calibration
Status (The instrument can recognize the PH 4.00 and PH 6.86 standard solution ) until the
display digital same as 6.86 ph of the standard solution. Then complete the PH 6.86 point
calibration
6.Clean the electrode with distilled water and dry it with filter paper.
7.Immerse the electrode in PH 4.00 standard buffer solution, gently shake the electrode until the
display digital stabilized..Press long "shift" button and repeat Step 5 .Complete the ph 4.00 point

8.Clean the electrode with distilled water and dry it with filter paper.Put the electrode in the PH
9.18 standard solution and shake lightly until the data stable,
The data is in the range of allowable error.
9.This instrument calibration work is completed after all the steps..
Attention:
The instrument need recalibrate in the following condition.
1.Long time no use or use very long time after calibration
2.The electrode is used Very frequently.
3. The testing accuracy requirement is very high.
4.Do not press the "shift" button long time .Otherwise the meter need recalibrate.
LowBatt
When the display value is fuzzy or unshown ,it shall check the battery voltage. Lessing than 3 v,
it shall promptly replace the battery.
Unscrew battery cover and replace the battery.
Pay attention to the polarity of battery.

The instrument maintains for a year, from the delivery date , guaranteeing due to production and material defects
If the instrument need to be changed or repaired ( not the artificial damage or caused by fault using ) ,please mail the manual and the instrument together to our factory .
