working process
|
the process starts from the dumping pit. When the truck arrive at the silo site, it will unload the grain into the dumping pit. At the same time, some big impurity will be cleaned by the dumping screen.

Then grain will be transported through the horizon conveyor under the dumping pit to the nearby vertical elevator.Then will be transported through the vertical elevator to the dryer. The dryers function is to reduce the moisture of grain. After drying, it will unloaded into the horizon conveyor,then it will be tansport to hopper-bottom silos
|

Through the elevator, grain can be unloaded into truck, or Packing machine then to truck. If the grain goes into workshop nearby, then the last elevator is unnecessary.
