Introduction:
this h beam CNC plasma cutting production line is used for cutting of different profiles, including h beam, I beam, Channel steel, angle steel, etc, it is mainly composed of storage rack, conveying roller bed, feeding trolley and trolley tracks, cutting unit, discharge units, finished rack, dust removal device, console station etc. Several beam profiles can be placed on storage rack when working, the beam will be conveyed through roller bed to the cutting station, then discharged after cutting, it is characterized of high automation, easy operation and advanced cutting function, improving the working efficiency and saving the staff cost
Features and advantages:
1. Lateral positioning method to ensure no cutting blind area of the beam profile.
2. the hydraulic pressing device is installed for horizontal clamping, which prevents the thermal distortion during cutting.
3. There are laser detection device on the robot, which can detect the deformation of the work-piece and make the robot to compensate to ensure the cutting precision.
4. There is anti-collision device on the robot to protect cutting gun and robot.
5. the cutting cabinet is well sealed and is connected with dust removal device, no smoke leakage occurs.
6. Scrap trolley is electrically controlled and manual push-pull is not necessary.
7. the feeding trolley is composed of mechanical arm and guiding-supporting frame. the device is driven by servo motor and reducer via gear rack, it has high positioning accuracy. the photoelectric correlation switch is installed at the inlet of machine body, it can quickly find the base line of work-pieces in feeding direction when they are sent into the machine, and make the axial positioning as a benchmark, which can realize the precise positioning of work-piece.
