YUC6240Gap-Bed Lathe DESCRIPTION
YUC6240(1640/1600) hasbeen designed not only as high strength, high accuracy and high qualith but also with easy of operation. It is of broad versatilith in out light model 400 series high speed Gap-bed lathe. The outside dimension is si milr to lathe 330MM or 360MM.
There is a 52MM spindle bore and cam-lock construction of type No. D-6 on the spindle head. Themachine guidway and gears in the headstock are all headened and are precision ground. It can perform all basic turning opertions, including cuttiong metric adn inch threads, as well as drilling, reaming, and oilgroove broaching. It is high accuracy and rigid, sommth in operation and low noise. This lathe are provided with automatic overload stop mechanism and foot brake mechanism. Thus giviong easy operation and safe reiabilith.
This Gap-bed lathe is available either with metric or inch feed system. Also such lathes of different voltages (ranging from 220V,380V,420V,440V) Various frequencies(ranging from 50Hz,60Hz) and main motor power (ranging from 3.75Kw,5.5Kw)are available.
