Suitable for municipal sewage and papermaking, Beer, Leatherworking etc all kinds of industrial sewage treatment, decanter is essential mechanism of treating sewage, Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process, The Sewage treatment mechanism between Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process and common activated sludge process is same, its difference is the original sewage is release into the Single reaction pool instead of flows through each processing units in order. According to the time sequence achieved purpose of the different operation, The Basic Operating Procedure is composed of five process , such as inflow, reaction ,sediment, effluent and standby etc, From sewage inflow to the end of the standby time for a cycle. The decanter can realize timing and ration discharge the standard sewage by time relay in electronic control and process switch in spiral propulsion system , thus making the SBR pool realize the end purpose of continuous processing sewage.

Operating principle

The decanter is composed of collecting water device, connecting device and gearing , the collecting water device equipped with baffle, sink and floater etc, its function is collect the treated supernatant fluid to decanter, then discharge it by conduit. As the decant water ‘s moment flow rate is greater, making the water pass by smoothly as well as make the sediment sludge no disturb when decanting water, even won’t make the sludge with t water out ,so the collecting water device is very important, especially siphon gravitational flow decanter. The connection device is another critical components. The decanter need rotation endless in draining , its connecting device ensure Revolve freely, also ensure leakproofness at the same time. The decanter gearing is the key of ensure the decanter normal work, no matter adopting hydraulic driven or mechanical driven, all need combine automatic control system, control decant water motion by automatic program .
