Ball Pressure Tester
The ball pressure tester is used for testing plastics to which hazardous voltage parts are mounted (i.e. terminal backs, transformer bobbins, etc...) in accordance with most IEC, EN standards and internationally harmonized UL and CSA standards (950, 1010, 601, 335, etc.). The ball pressure tester exerts 20N force on sample. Entirely stainless steel.
Note: This test is required to be conducted in an oven at an elevated ambient temperature.
Meets requirements for testing standards including but not limited to: UL 1450, EN 60950, IEC 60950, IEC 60601, IEC 60335, IEC 61010.
