Working Principle:The filter plate immersed in the slurry absorbs a layer of filter cake under the action of capillaries combing with vacuum pressure. Then the filtrate via filter plates enters distributing valve and finally comes to the discharge tank.
Elution Area: Filter cake coming out of slurry peck is spray-washed here.
Drying Area: Filter cake continues to dehydrate under high vacuum force.
Discharge Area: Scrapers discharge materials automatically under no-vacuum conditions.
Back-purge Area: Industrial water or filtrate via distribution valve enters ceramic plate for washing inside out to clean blocked micro-pores. Rinse the filter plate after a week of use with ultrasonic wave in concert with acid of low concentration to ensure highly-efficient use of ceramic plates.
