Tube: adopt high-quality roller specialized tube;

Shaft: Bright drawn shaft;

Sealing: triple protection, inner seal, outer seal and labyrinth;

Welding: finished simultaneously by auto welding machine;

 

From cutting the tube to assembling the roller, the whole processing procedure is completed by auto processing machines. As a result, minimum tolerance of position and shape, size tolerance will do good to realizing the roller's best performance in the future operation.
