Rubber spring, composite rubber spring

 

Rubber spring include rubber spring and composite rubber spring.

 

Rubber spring is a kind of high elastomer and made of common rubber. The elastic modulus of rubber spring is small, large elastic deformation appeared after loaded, thus it can absorb shock and vibration. It can carry multidirectional loads at the same time, but the properties of high temperature resistant and oil resistant is not as good as steel spring. Oil resistant material can be used for special requirements. This rubber spring has following features, such as good damping effect, little resonance field, long service life, low cost, excellent gas tightness, insulativity, etc.

 

 

 

Composite rubber spring is made of metal spiral spring and vulcanized rubber, which has good features of metal spring and rubber spring, and overcomes the shortcoming of metal spring ( large rigidity,noisy, etc. )
