Brief introduction of SD centrifuge:

SD series centrifuge is a kind of improved centrifuge base on SS series three feet up discharge centrifuge. It retain the advantage of SS series centrifuge, also reduce labor intensity, quickly discharge, easily clean the filter bag, increase the production efficiency, Avoid contamination and throw of the finished product caused by artificial discharging. SD series centrifuge is fix for that suspension liquor of high loose, moderate size, difficult to compress, need washing and low viscosity. It is widely used in chemical industry etc.

 

SD series centrifuge structure & principle:

The drum runs with high-speed by motor, materials enter the drum from top feed pipe , then run forward to the shell of the drum by centrifugal force, in this case liquor pass through the sieve pore and sieve pore of the shell, then be discharged. Then solid be hold in the drum. After the separation , open the machine, loosen the lock blocks on lip ring, and suspend the lip ring together with the filter bags containing cake to discharge. Loosen the grip, make sure the filter bag open, then the filter cake will automatic drop down.

 

Applications of SD centrifuge:

Suitable for filtering suspending liquid containing solid particles is more than 0.01 mm , especially suitable for toxic, flammable material filtering, widely used in chemical industry, pharmacy, food, light industry, etc. For example, gypsum, sulfur amine, glauber's salt, ferric sulfate, copper sulfate, nickel sulfate, potassium chloride, acetic acid, borax, soda, rubber additive, dyestuff, plastic raw materials, soap, grease, all kinds of resin, salt, MSG, food additives, starch sugar, vitamin, antibiotics, herbicide, anthelmintic, copper, zinc, aluminum and other mineral powder dehydration, etc.
