Structural features of the machine

The machine applies to the materials such as clay, coal gangue, shale and so on, which can be used to make all kinds of hollow bricks and solid bricks. The machine adopts the structure changing above and below, and the machine can be installed in either horizontal direction or downwards direction, depending on the terrain. It adopts the type of ZQ of the national standard reducer and axial pneumatic clutch to operate. The whole body is made of steel plate. We adopt the wear-resistant materials in the surface of reamer, which can increase its service life. Hardness, durable and easily operation, etc. are the unique features of this machine.  

The machine adopts the single extrusion principle, single cylinder, single screw coaxial seal structure. The whole body is made of steel plate. The structure is reasonable, the extrusion pressure is huge. It is appropriate for shale, coal ash, coal gangue, clay and the other similar raw materials to make all kinds of hollow brick.
