Ⅰ.Short summary
1-The CNC vertical lathe is of excellent performance, a wide range of technology, high productivity. Based on referring to the advanced machine design and manufacturing technology, adopting the newest design philosophy, and combining the profound corporate culture, our company has developed a kind of delicate machine tools with mechatronics and hydraulics integration, and provided the world-class products for overseas and domestic customers.
2-The series of products are according to the newest domestic precision standard and our factory’s rigidity standard ,adopt the advanced parts and components from home and abroad, and meet the requests of powerful cutting, table overloading, high static and dynamical precision, safe and stable action, long working life, and high efficiency. They are suitable of the ferrous, nonferrous metal and some kinds of non-metal materials with hard alloy, high capability and high speed steel tools. They can perform finely and roughly turning inner and outer taper, inner and outer cylinder, Arc surface and complicate surface.
3-To make the lathe with high turning precision and enough rigidity and intensity, the table adopts integral casting and thermal symmetric structure, the main shaft bearing is the high-precision double row cylindrical roller bearing, and the table guideway is content-current and hydrostatic guideway.
4-The gantry frame of the column is closed. Make the strained condition and physical dimension in the best state by finite element analysis and calculation.
5-The horizontal movement of the railhead adopts sliding and plastic lined guideway, and the vertical movement adopts sliding guideway. The feed of the above two items is drived by AC servo motors and ball screws. We can fit the common or double-column CNC tool posts according to customers’ requests.
6-The main transmission of the lathe is drived by the AC motor. The speed range of the table is realized by four-gear speed changer.
7-The controllers are Siemens, Fanuc or other controllers customers requested.
8-We can provide the tool magazine, the presetter and functional parts of turning thread, milling, boring, C axis, grinding and cooling device.
9-Hydraulic system of the lathe
The main control elements of the hydraulic system are well-known factories’ products from home and abroad, and of stable performance.
The main functions of the system are as follows:
1) Provide the power for hydraulic cylinder of the main transmission gearbox.
2) Supply oil to the dynamical pressure device of the table guide
3) Supply oil to the balance cylinder of the ram
4) Supply oil to the clamping cylinder of the crossbeam
5) Supply oil to the concerned lubrication of the lathe
10-Machine tool lubrication
The lathe automatically supplies oil and lubricates the crossbeam and other moving parts by centralized and fixed-point means.
11-Machine tool protection
Machine tool motion: moving parts have safety interlock and linkage.
Power: AC380V±10%, 50HZ three-phase AC.
Temperature range of the plant using the lathe is -5~40℃;the relative humidity is 40~75%;dust concentration shall be less than 100; acids ,salts and etchant gas shall not be included in the air. The machine tool installation shall be far away from the earthquake focus, heat source.
