Plastic sprocket drive conveyor roller
1.The disadvantage of the steel sproket drive is its noise. Especially when more than one hundred rollers operate, the noise is very loud. But this series adopt sprocket made of polyamide (popularly named Plastic Sproket) as the driving element, the running noise is greatly lowed down.
2.Precision ball bearing and inner/outer bushes form the bearing unit which is very important, it is not only for good looking but further more for the roller running more smoothly and quiet.
3.The covering of the end of roller, well dust proof and water splash proof in operation environment.
