Introduction of  screw conveyor: 

 The modular LS Screw Conveyor system is highly versatile offering numerous solutions for conveying powdery or granular materials. LS Screw Conveyors are manufactured in carbon steel with a suitable surface finishing. They are made up from a tubular trough that is equipped with at least one inlet and outlet spout, a welded flange at each tube end, helicoid screw flighting welded on a centre pipe with a coupling bush at each end, two end bearing assemblies complete with self-adjusting shaft sealing unit, a number of intermediate hanger bearings depending on the overall length of the screw conveyor. Furthermore, LS Screw Conveyors are equipped with a gear motor that suits the application

Application of screw connveyor:

1. Screw conveyors are widely used in various industries such as building

materials, chemicals, power, metallurgy, coal carbon, food and other

industries, horizontal or inclined conveyor for powder, granular and

small-block materials, such as coal, ash, slag, cement, food and so on,

2.The material temperature is less than 200 °C.

3.Screw conveyor is not suitable for perishable, viscous, easy caking

materials.In the concrete mixing station, the conveyor's role has been the

largest expression.
