1.Introduction of rotary kiln (1.4*33)
The rotary kiln is also known an rotary calcining kiln (rotary kiln ),belonging to building material equipment .It can be divided into cement kiln ,metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln .
2.Features of rotary kiln (1.4*33)
Rotary Kiln is used for calcinating high standard cement in cement factories, but also widely used in metallurgy, construction and chemical industry. The rotary kiln produced by our factory has strong structure, smooth operation, and high quality products. Besides, we provide our customers with advanced and efficient shaft preheater and five stage cyclone preheater.
3.Application of rotary kiln (1.4*33)
- Cement rotary is mainly used to calcining cement clinker, including two types ,drying production cement kiln and wetting production cement kiln .
- The metallurgy chemical rotary is mainly used for baking poor iron magnetization, chromium, and nickel iron oxide in metallurgy industry ;alumina bauxite mine in refractory and clinker ,aluminum hydroxide in aluminum plant ; chrome ore sand and powder and other ore materials in the chemical plant
- Lime kiln (active lime kiln ) is used for backing active lime and light-burned dolomite in steel plants and aluminum plants
