Brick strip cutting machine: it can cut the extruded clay bar automatically to be required length, and then send to the automatic brick cutting machine.

It can make accurate length, vertically cut, smoothly delivery, controll speed without damaging the bottom of the mud. Most enterprises can use up materials completely to avoid wastage so that production can increase 8-15%. Thus, it can increase the rate of finished products, avoid the duplicate extrusion, reduce the power consumption and abrasion, also instead of the dynamic belt (which convey the waste material for reutilization) or manpower’s operation, so that overall cost of the bricks is greatly reduced!

High anti-friction: Using wearable and rigid leader matched with direct bearing, it has features with little friction, long life performance and lower consumption of electric. It can conserve the impulse force of caster action as the auxiliary power for pushing.
