1.Main characteristics of the mining rotary kiln
 
1).The mining rotary kiln applied to roast active lime and dolomite which are commonly used in steel factories and ferroalloy factories.
2).The mining rotary kiln is mainly used for magnetized roasting of lean iron ore and oxidizing roasting of chrome ore and nickele ore etc in steel plants.In refractory plants,this rotary kiln is mainly used for roasting clinker and aluminum hydroxide.When used in chemical industry,it is mainly used for roasting chrome ores and chrome powders and more.
3).The mining rotary kiln is primarily used for caining cement cliner,It can be divided into dry process rotary kilns and wet process rotary kilns.

2.Working Principle of mining rotary kiln 
 
 The auto-combustion device provides heat resource for our rotary drier, which adopts down-flow heating method. When the mineral materials are fed into the cylinder, it flows down as a result of gravity. Meanwhile, they are repetitively scattered in the air so that they are in full contact with the hot air. The material is thus dried gradually.

3.Application of mining rotary kiln

Rotary kiln is used for calcimine of high aluminum vandal ochre in refractory material industry; for calcimine of calotte and aluminum hydroxide in aluminum manufacturer; for claiming of chrome sand ore and chrome powder ore in chemical plant.
