Double wall corrugated pipe production lines are widely used. The whole production line adopts human-machine interface control system. The machine has the characteristics of high degree of automation, stable moving, and large output. Two high efficient single screw extruders create high extruder output. Gangzheng Company coupled with years of production practice, designed the co extrusion die with double helix design and superior alloy steel manufacture, which can meet the production demand. The forming machine is horizontal structure and link transmission, open water cooling that can improve cooling speed and production speed. This production line can also produce the pipe of Φ50-Φ160 with single screw extruder.
