The unit uses specially designed SJZ conical twin screw extruder, and AC and DC speed adjustment, imported brand temperature controller, with characteristics of a wide speed range, high precision temperature control, and reliable and easy operation. The auxiliary machines are composed of vacuum forming table, tractor, and cutting machine and stack frame.     Large forced cooling system is equipped to ensure the plate shape effect. Crawler tractor adopts precision reducer and inverter, with the characteristics of reasonable structure, strong traction power, high traction stability and other advantages. Cutting machine can do a reliable and accurate work and has the advantages of high precision cutting. The stack frame is equipped with stacking pushing car and a special rubber protection layer. It can not hurt the material, and it is easy to use and so on. Auxiliary unit adopts programmable control system or domestic brands control system. The whole machine is reliable and stable controlled. The machine can be used to produce plastic steel door and window and other all kinds of profiles through changing the mold or the relative auxiliary machines.
