400 Series size range is for the 400 series ----TP410/TP405/TP420/TP430/TP430Ti.
The Max length is for the normal WT, except the thinnest & the thickest WT.
Normal Specification: ASTM A268, ASME SA268.
The special requirement on the WT and Length can be discussed in advance.
