1.What is brown gas welding?
brown gas welding is able to separate clean soft water (H2O) into hydrogen and oxygen gases, using a small amount of electric power through a special process. These gases are then mixed and delivered for use in a wide variety of applications, such as heating, brazing, cutting, etc. which currently use LPG or other gas for fuel. When burned, this fuel generates no green house gases or pollutants,and burns at virtually 100% efficiency. This brown gas welding certainly has the potential for becoming the most significant advancement in fuel for the 21st century.
2. Why I used brown gas welding?
2.1 Maximum Safety
a. Steady, reliable fuel delivery. Fuel is available immediately after the brown gas welding is switched on. No volatile fuel tanks which can rupture or explode.
b. Multiple safety devices, including overheating and in-sufficient water cut-off switches, will automatically turn off power to ensure the safety of both our brown gas welding and user.

4) Automatic Water Level Detection Technology
We design by ourselves, it used for detect the water level of the electrolysis cell and water -deposit tank. When water is too low, the alert lamp is light. When water is lowest, the power supply switches off to proof the brown gas welding.
5) Water Automatic Replenishment Technology
When water of the electrolysis cell is too low, the system will auto pump water from water-deposit tank.
6) High-efficiency Gas Water Separator Technology
This Technology is used to separate the water from gas in order to ensure the gas is pure. If the oxyhydrogen gas has some water even little, the temperature of the oxyhydrogen flame will become lower.
7) Electrolyte-Automatic Cycle Technology
We used static way to realize Electrolyte Cycle, don't use pump because the pump is a mechanic unit that is easily damaged.
