Product Introduction:
The Model BKX-64D hot-air rotary ovens include electric, gas and diesel oil three types. It can bake different series of bread, cake, moon cake and many other pastries&biscuits. It is widely used in food factory, supermarket, bakery, department, units and army. It is also suitable for individual food processing house, cake house and west biscuits house.
This product adopts assembly structure; the appearance is made of 304#stainless steel.The frame can move freely, and the top of the inside oven has a circumrotated pothook which adopts blast force heated air circulation; this can enhance the efficiency of the thermal transmission and reduce the heating time, so it is energy-saving.
Note:The caster wheels of the frame are high temperature for the cast iron frame caster wheels with brakes; it is flexible and durable.
