M, AH, HH pump are cantilever, horizontal centrifugal slurry pump that are fit for metallurgy, mine, coal, electric power and building materials to transport slurry with strong corrosion and high concentration.
The pumps can be also used by multistage in series. The pump body has changeable antifriction metal liner or rubber liner, the impeller is made from antifriction metal or rubber.
Pump body liner and impeller of HH pumps are made from antifriction metal. Shaft glands of M, AH and HH pumps can adopt packing seal or centrifugal seal. Position of disgorge opening in the pump can be spaced in 45 degree angle, turn eight different angles for installation.
1. Bearing assembly
A large diameter shaft with short overhang minimizes deflection and contributes to long bearing life. Only four-through bolts are required to hold the cartridge type housing in the frame.
2. Liners
Easily replaceable liners are bolted, not glued, to the casing for positive attachment and ease of maintenance. Hard metal liners are completely interchangeable with pressure molded elastomer.
3. Casing
Ductile iron with external reinforcing ribs provides high operation pressure capabilities and an extra measure of safety.
4. Impeller
Front and rear shrouds have pump-out vanes that reduce recirculation and seal contamination. Cast in impeller threads require no inserts or nuts.
5. One-piece frame
A very robust one-piece frame cradles the bearing and shaft assembly. An external impeller adjustment mechanism is provided below the bearing housing for easy adjustment of impeller clearance.
