 EPP sunshade/sunvisor.
The EPP parts are environmentally friendly
- they contain neither plasticizers nor halogenated blowing agents and can be recycled very easily.
They have excellent mechanical properties, minimum moisture absorption and are stable within a wide range of temperatures.
The retarded flammability and low fogging values predetermine this material for use in automobiles.
The EPP foam parts are used mainly as energy absorbing elements (damping padding) in door panels and bumpers, further for safety and isolating inside trim of car interiors. The EPP foam forms the supporting part of sun visors, child car seats and some types of headrests.
