III. Technology introduction
Process: Slabs drying, net attachment on back surface, resin filling, resin hardening, turnover, obverse surface resining, vacuumize, repair, resin hardening, unloading
1. Drying
Slabs are put in the drying oven. Moisture inside stone can be removed by temperature inside oven and strong current of air. It will dry slabs completely which improves the infiltration capacity and bonding strength.
Drying time: 60-90 mins.
Temperature: 45C-60C.
2. Solidify
Slabs are put in the oven, hardened by temperature inside oven and strong current of air.
Temperature: 45C-60C.
Harden time: 60-90 mins, depends on the type of product and temperature.
Slabs is hardened completely when finish.
3. Net attachment on back surface
Glass net is stuck on slabs with resin, after net attachment (if require), turnover, then fill resin on obverse surface, vacuumize and harden.
4. For pattern slabs, robot hands can interval turnover automatically. Then dry slabs and fill resin.
