PP Honeycomb FRP sandwich panel is in high strength and light weight product. It is only about 1/32 of the same volume of aluminum, it can greatly reduce the load of the building, and reduce the weight of truck, boats, and light rail vehicles.
 
PP honeycomb FRP panel has good sound and thermal insulation properties. The air layer between two face plates is divided into a great number of closed pores by honeycomb. In addition, PP (polypropylene) plastic is not good heat conductor. Therefore, the transmission of sound and heat is greatly restricted.
