We produce rail insulators from reinforced nylon 66 with 30% glass fiber.Our products are used for adjusting rail gauge and insulating rails from  ties and clips.

The properties of our rail insulators are as follows:

Electronic Resistance: ≥ 108

Drainage: ≥ 0.5%

Shear test: ≥ 4.5KN

Hardness: ≥ 105 hr

We produce E type rail insulator and guide plate for SKL rail fastening and Nabla fastening systems.
