Ball Mill Structure:
The machine mainly consists of feeding department, barrel department, discharge department, transmission department (reducer, small transmission gear, electric motor and electric control), etc. Barrel welded with steel plate, using screw bolts to join the two ends and the sleeve shaft for input and output together, sustaining horizontally on two bearings. There are adjustable material-leading pipes in the sleeve shaft for input and output to pass. Tube inwall contains wear-resisting or batching welts and the tube cavity have certain grinding media (ball or rod) and raw materials.

Ball Mill Working principle:

There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specification of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground material is discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process completes.
