Introductions of Air Dryer
Tower, one set of switching valves and one set of controlling system. In the switching time, one tower is adsorbing while the other one is regenerating. When adsorbing, the compressed air flow through the air inlet valve, then flow into the tower to adsorb. When regenerating, a portion of dried air is diverted from the main pipeline as regeneration gas, then through the throttle orifice to reduce it’ s pressure. Regeneration gas flow by inlet valve into the adsorber to regenerating , then pass through the outlet valve and be discharged through the muffle to atmosphere.
