HTE series Belt Filter Press is designed for heavy duty, 7x24 hours operation. This all-in-one dewatering system includes Flocculation Unit, a Stacked Rotary Drum Pre-thickener, and the Belt Filter Press. The compact design saves a lot space and budget. HTE is the best solution with highest dewatering performance.
 
Generally, the sludge from a sewage treatment plants is dewatered as following processing:
Sludge with a solid content of 0.5% - 5% will first be flocculated by the flocculation unit, and pre-dewatered by the sludge thickener to reduce about 90% volume to achieve a solid content usually 3% - 9%, and further dried by the belt filter press to achieve the final solid content about 15% - 40%.
