Water Filter for Industrial Effluent Treatment Plant HTB3 Series
known as Belt Filter Press or Belt Press is the most versatile solution for sludge dewatering in small and middle size sewage treatment plants. It is specially designed for sludge with very low solid content (0.4% - 1.5%). HTB3 has the best ratio of performance/price, and is widely used for sludge dewatering in chemical, mining, paper, textile, electronics, municipal, and other industries.
Generally, the sludge from a sewage treatment plants is dewatered as following processing:
Sludge with a solid content of 0.5% - 5% will first be flocculated by the flocculation unit, and pre-dewatered by the sludge thickener to reduce about 90% volume to achieve a solid content usually 3% - 9%, and further dried by the belt filter press to achieve the final solid content about 15% - 40%.
