It also deposits the cement mixture into model frame.The mixing intensity and duration in the tank play a important part in the quallity of aerated concrete.

The casting machine is propeller mixing which forms a strong swirl in the tank to break the coating of lime particles,thus making full mixture. Its lifting pouring boom adjusts height with the pouring process to prevent splashing.This casting machine can be made in fixed or flexible type to meet the defferent needs of customers.
The former type can be further divided into floor and mounted type.
