MATERIAL: The outer covering is generally the ST14 low-carbon steel (special occasion may use stainless steel); Keep the shelf usually strengthening nylon; The needle is a bearing steel to roll , produce according to the needs of customer too. For example: Unidirectional HF2016 is widely applied on the washer bearing!

 

The difference of  HF/HFL series:

 

1: HF 1416 One Way Bearing only has locking performance; while HFL 1426 One Way Bearing will have not only locking performance but also rolling performance. Middle row One Way Bearing of HFL 1426 will be good locking performance; while both sides needle bearings will rotate freely.

 

 

2: Application difference: HFL 1426 One Way Bearing will be installed directly into the housing; while 2 ball bearings or 2 pcs HK 1412 bearings will be installed on both sides of HF 1416 bearings, because HF 1416 only has locking performance, and it will be burnt if not installed HK or ball bearings on both sides

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Packing:

1). If no speacial request,we will use normal packing
2).If need special packing or carding, please list them in your E-mail.We would like to make the customer wanted packing

3).we will use tray to protect products ,in order to avoid any damage in the delivery

 

Delivery:

1).If quantity is not very big,we will send you by UPS,DHL,FEDEX,OR EMS. Thracking number will be advised after delivery,

2).If order is big,we will advise you use Air Freight or Sea Freight

3).The balance payment should be paid before delivery to you.
