We provide OEM, ODM service according to clients' requirement. We provide three type of plastic injection moulds:

1, Prototype(steel) moulds, which only needs to make around 100~1000 shots injection moulding;

2. Production moulds, which is using to make injection moulding in our factory, we make the moulds according to our own standard, but we provide you good quality plastic injection moulding parts;

3. Exporting moulds, which we exact follow clients' requirement to make mould design for approval, and making mould according to the approval mould design:
Mold base: LKM C50 standard mould bases
Inserts(cavity and core): 1.2344(quenching), 1.2083, NAK80,1.2738 (Nitrurado), 1.2311 or you required material.
Standard parts: Punch dalian ( following HASCO STANDARD)
Part material: ABS, ABS/PC, PA, PA66+30GF, PBT, PC, POM, PP, PE, PVC and so on
Leadtime of first samples: Around 3~6weeks depends on plastics moulds construction.
