WFS51 Series

Principle, structure

Piston, inline, mechanical flow switch for liquid or gaseous media, with spring-supported piston and magnetic triggering of a reed switch. Rugged design in plastic, Aluminum or stainless steel.

 

Features:

Low pressure loss/good repeatability/dirt resistant/hermetic separation of electrical and hydraulic components/ applicable to little discharge/switch setting scale, user does not need setting in scene/LED display status/ /double output for optional

 

Application:

gaseous /liquid

It is widely used in industrial automation/mechanical equipment/ compressed air industry/ refrigeration and air conditioning.

Hysteresis:                depend on switch, Min.0.5L/Min

Switch value :              Obtained(media: water/Temp.: 20℃/horizontal installation.) The mounting position,media and temperature may influence switch value.

Output:                         reed switch, 24VDC/250VAC, 100mA

Pressure:  50bar (aluminum) /100bar (stainless steel, nickel-plated brass) 

Average pressure loss: 0.3bar (obtained when 25L/min)
