This series of vibrating screen do circular motion, it is a new multilayer, high-efficient vibrating screen. Vibrating screen uses electric exciter as vibrating source; the material will be thrown around the screen, at the same time doing forward sports. In order to achieve the screening purpose, material from the feeder evenly entering into the machine feeding inlet, through multilayer sieve to produce various products and unqualified products on the screen or under the screen, and then discharging from the respectively outlet. It can be used in the automatic production line. It has the features of high efficiency, low energy consumption, simple structure, convenient maintenance, fully closed structure, without dust pollution, etc. It widely used in plastics, abrasive, chemical, pharmaceutical, building materials, food, and carbon etc. industry.
Primary structure of vibrating screen:
Vibrating screen consists of eccentric vibration exciter, screen box, motor, bed frame and bearing set.
Vibrating screen work principle:
The motor through vee belt makes the eccentric of the activator start high speed rotation. Operation of eccentric block generates a lot of centrifugal force, stimulate screen forming certain amplitude circle movement. Materials on the tilted screen surface do continuous throwing movement after receiving the impulse given by sieving box. During the process of collision of materials and sifter, the grain which is less than the screen hole will be chosen so as to realize the grading.
Vibrating screen’s use and maintenance: Vibrating starts up when sieve surface has no material, try to avoid taking materials to start. Vibrating screen should operate smoothly before feeding. If it worked abnormally, shut down and check carefully, find out the reasons and trouble-shooting.
